Applicants for employment or reemployment must submit an employment application, a high school diploma or equivalent (if required), a copy of the social security card with correct name, and acceptable references.
Candidates who have been offered a position must meet employment prerequisites including criminal history check (Policy 1121.01) and provide appropriate documents related to job requirements, employment, and benefits.
Failure of candidates to adhere to the time schedule established for submittal of documents may be cause for failure to employ or for termination of employment.
