There are several ways to submit an application for your child to enroll in the Head Start Program. You can download an application here (Spanish), fill it out, and mail it to the address listed on the application. Or you can take it to your local school or contact the HCPS Head Start Program Administration office.
Bring the following items to complete your applications:
Picture ID of Parent/Guardian
Birth Certificate of the Child(ren) applying
Household Income for 2014-2015 or less than 12 months
