HCPS recognizes November as Parent Involvement in Education Month
Parental Involvement Month is celebrated nationally during the month of November to recognize the connection parents and families have in their children’s education. During the month, parents, grandparents, guardians and extended families are encouraged to be involved in their children’s education throughout the year. When schools work together with families to support learning, children are inclined to succeed not just in school, but throughout life. The district recognizes that a child's education is a responsibility shared by both schools and families during the entire period a child spends in school.
